We verify the wall is perfectly plumb (straight). For wet areas, a liquid waterproof membrane is applied.

Setting Out
We find the center of the wall and mark laser lines to ensure the layout is symmetrical and cuts are equal on both ends.

Tiling & Spacing
Tiles are bedded into premium adhesive using spacers and levelling clips to completely eliminate lippage.

Grouting & Caulking
We apply mould-resistant grout to the joints and flexible silicone caulking in the corners where walls meet.

Tiling alone is not entirely waterproof — grout is porous. We apply a dedicated waterproofing tanking membrane (like a rubberized paint) to the bare cement board or plaster before any tiles are laid.
Yes. Installing mega-slabs requires specialized suction lifting frames, perfectly flat walls, and heavy-duty flexible adhesive, all of which our team provides.
We have two methods. We can use a sleek metal or PVC tile trim (Schlüter strip) or, for a more premium look, we can mitre-cut the tile edges at a 45-degree angle so the tiles meet seamlessly without a visible trim.
Most standard kitchen backsplashes can be tiled and grouted within 1 to 2 days.
Usually, yes. It is best practice to hack off the old tiles down to the blockwork, re-render the wall flat, and lay new tile. Tiling over old wall tiles is risky due to the added weight.
