Practical ability on site matters more than paperwork. A university degree is not required for technician roles.
- Relevant technical experience in your trade
- Knowledge of the tools and equipment your work requires
- Ability to diagnose problems, not just replace parts
- Professional behaviour on customer sites
- Punctuality and reliability
- Safety awareness and safe working practice
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- UAE experience is an advantage
- A valid UAE driving licence is an advantage for applicable positions
